Tom has been around cars and auto sales all of his life, A lot of his car knowledge foundation came from his father, working in and around the automotive industry.
It's always nice when you get to observe talent first hand…. Being a young person who is excited about his future and just brimming with ideas Tom along with his wife “Jane” took the plunge and bought a Dodge dealership in the 70’s when times were definitely hard for the auto business. As luck would have it Dodge came out with the Mini Van and Tom has not looked back since. Acquiring several other dealerships in time, Tom’s extending his best to the Mazda dealership so Mazda fans can get the deals they're looking for right here in Central Pennsylvania.

Each dealer maintains an administrative staff that serves as the glue that holds all the other departments together. Someone has to track titles, ring up customers' service bills, and keep the wheels well oiled and running smoothly; Chris and Jane are two of these folks.

Sales Manager
Approaching an auto dealership can be as intimidating and confusing as arriving to pick up a date at her parents' house. Who are these people and what do they do? Whom should I speak with? Will I make it out of there alive?
Overseeing the Sales Department is the Sales Manager Laura, who will assure you, your experience will be quite pleasant. She says having enough cars on the lot with the right colors and options to appeal to the largest number of customers is the goal. There should be enough cars for customers to choose from, but not so many that they sit un-purchased for a long time.
